From youth to college prospects, every player is coached to reach their full potential on and off the field.
With a unique foundation in both football and Psychology, QB Fleets offers a rare advantage: professional quarterback training combined with mental performance coaching. About Solutions
Mason never has had the strongest arm, 40 time, and he’s not even 6ft tall. He doesn’t have any of the eyeball test measurables they look for at the camps we’ve been to. But still every camp we go to, the coaches tell him he has hands down the best footwork and pocket presence of any of the QBs they had out there. I know for a fact it was the foundation he built on his mechanics working with you before our move, and he’d tell you the same thing. So, man, thank you so much for the work and attention you put into it all with him. He’s just recently picked up his 5th or 6th offer now, and that’s always been his dream.
Cade started working with TJ soon after he entered high school. In addition to being his QB Coach, TJ quickly became a mentor and a friend. He helped him understand the ups and downs that come with the position and how to handle those. He worked on conditioning, mechanics, reading defenses and leadership. He also spent time working with his receivers and became a resource for them as well. There has never been a time we could not reach out for advice or help when needed and he always finds time to train or talk. While recovering from an injury TJ was there every step of his recovery. I highly recommend TJ as a trainer, but I also appreciate the relationships he builds. Great coach, even better person.
